These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website https://solvance-limited.com/ (the "Site"), operated by SOLVANCE LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong under Business Registration No. 70482157, with its registered office at Unit 2904–05, 29/F, Universal Trade Centre, 3 Arbuthnot Road, Central, Hong Kong ("SOLVANCE", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms constitutes an offer to sell products or services; any commercial transaction between SOLVANCE and a customer is governed separately by the applicable order confirmation, invoice, or written agreement between the parties.

1. Eligibility and acceptance

Use of the Site is available to visitors who are able to form a binding contract under applicable law and who agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Site complies with local law wherever you access it from.
